摘 要:通过力学性能的测试考察了混炼温度、加工助剂ACRⅠ及抗冲击改性剂ACRⅡ用量对PVC/ACRⅠ/ACRⅡ共混体系缺口冲击强度和拉伸强度的影响。结果表明:加工助剂ACRⅠ对PVC/ACRⅠ(质量比100/0~12)共混体系的力学性能没有影响;混炼温度和抗冲击改性剂ACRⅡ用量对PVC/ACRⅠ/ACRⅡ共混体系的力学性能影响较大,即混炼温度为140℃时,PVC/ACRⅠ/ACRⅡ(质量比100/6/12)缺口冲击强度最好,即63.66kJ/m^2,而拉伸强度则随着温度的升高而增加;抗冲击改性剂ACRⅡ用量为12份时,PVC/ACRⅠ/ACRⅡ共混体系的缺口冲击强度最好(17.84kJ/ m^2),而拉伸强度则随着ACRⅡ用量的增加而逐渐减小。The effects of mixing temperature, the amounts of processing aid ACR Ⅰ and impact modifier ACR Ⅱ on the notched impact strength and tensile strength of PVC/ACR Ⅰ/ACR Ⅱ blends were studied by means of mechanical properties tests. The results showed ACR Ⅰ had little effect on the mechanical properties of PVC/ACR Ⅰ blend ( 100/0 - 12) while the effects of mixing temperature and the amount of ACR IT on the mechanical properties of PVC/ACR Ⅰ/ACR Ⅱblend were obvious. That was to say the notched impact strength of PVC/ACR Ⅰ/ACR Ⅱ (100/6/12)was the maximum, being 63.66 kJ/m^2, when the temperature was 140 ℃, and the tensile strength increased when the mixing temperature rose. Also, the notched impact strength of PVC/ACR Ⅰ/ACR Ⅱ (100/6/0 - 16)was the maximum, being 17.84 kJ/m^2 when the amount of ACRⅡ was 12Phr, and the tensile strength decreased when the amount of ACR Ⅱ increased.
