摘  要:通过对矩形板试样顺序共注射成型过程的数值模拟分析,揭示了矩形板长宽尺寸比对芯层熔体前沿冲破的影响规律,建立了反映该影响规律的数学公式,并讨论了产生前沿冲破的原因。实验表明,顺序共注射中,矩形板长宽尺寸比对芯层熔体前沿冲破的影响是通过改变垂直熔体流动方向的制件截面积和芯层熔体的平均流速来实现的。Throng the numerical simulation experiment based on Moldflow Plastics Insight, the effect rule of the aspect ratio of rectangle plate on the core-melt breakthrough was revealed, and a mathematic formula which reflected this rule was created and the reasons for core-melt breakthrough were discussed. The experiment data indicated that via changing the plate-section size upright to the melt flow-direction and mean flow-rate of core melt, the effect of the rectangle-plate aspect ratio on the core-meh breakthrough was realized.
