摘  要:根据四(2,4-二叔丁基苯基-4-4′-联苯基)双膦酸酯(即P-EPQ)的结构特点分析,拟定两步法合成路线:以联苯和三氯化磷为原料,在无水三氯化铝催化作用下,合成中间体4,4′-联苯基双二氯化膦,中间体再与2,4-二叔丁基苯酚发生酯化反应生成P-EPQ。确定第一步反应最佳工艺条件为:n(联苯):n(PCl_3):n(AlCl_3)为1:6: 2.2,反应温度为75℃,反应时间为7 h;确定第二步反应最佳工艺条件为:n(2,4-二叔丁基苯酚):n(4,4′-联苯基双二氯化膦):n(三乙胺)为4.4:1:4.8,反应温度为132℃,反应时间为8 h。Based on the analysis of the molecule structure of Tetrakis-(2, 4-di-tert- butylphenyl-4, 4'- diphenyl)-bis-phosphonate ester (P-EPQ), two-step method was worked out to synthesize the substance in the paper: intermediate was synthesized using biphenyl and phosphorus trichloride as raw materials, and aluminum trichloride as catalyst; then the intermediate reacted with the 2, 4-di-t- butylphenol, at last the P-EPQ was come into being. The optimum conditions for the first step: n (biphenyl) : n (phosphorus trichloride) : n (aluminum trichloride) = 1:6:2.2, the temperature was 75 ℃, reacting time was 6 h; that for the second step: n (2, 4- di-t-butylphenol) : n (intermediate) : n (triethylamine) = 4.4 : 1 : 4.8, the temperature was 132 ℃ ; reacting time was 8 h.
