摘　　要：介绍了高速离心分离法测试ABS接枝率的过程,通过分析ABS接枝率与力学性能的关系,总结出ABS接枝粉料接枝率低时熔体质量流动速率有增大的可能,过低接枝率的ABS冲击强度也低。同时冲击强度与接枝率之间并不是绝对关系,还有其他因素影响产品冲击强度。并运用电子扫描显微镜分析冲击断面,证明接枝率对相容性的影响。The process of graft ratio test of ABS by high-speed centrifugation isolation method was introduced. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the graft ratio and mechanical properties of ABS, it was found when the graft ratio of the graft ABS powder was low, the MFR of the ABS resin would tend to increase, and the Izod impact strength of the resin would be low, too. and Was graft ratio, analyzed by But there had no absolute causation between the impact strength and there were other factors which had effects on the impact strength. The impact fracture surface means of electronic microscope, and the results showed the graft ratio had effect on compatibility.
