综合医院住院患者神经内科会诊分析

摘　　要：【目的】通过对综合性医院住院患者申请神经内科会诊患者的临床资料分析,探讨综合医院神经内科会诊的意义。【方法】采用SPSS13.0统计分析114例提出神经内科会诊的非神经内科住院患者会诊情况。【结果】会诊患者年龄集中于30-79岁之间,心内科申请会诊的病例数最多,会诊诊断多为脑梗死、脑出血、癫痫以及躯体疾病所致精神障碍。【结论】综合医院医师需要加强对神经科疾病诊断和治疗的认识。[Objective] To investigate the condition of the consultation neurology service provided in inpatient of general hospital. [Methods] A total of 114 inpatients who were requested neurology consultation were analyzed by SPSS 13.0. [Results]The age of inpatients who received neurology consultation ranged from 30 to 79. The inpatients from cardiology were the most. And most of their neurological diagnoses were cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and organic mental disorder. [Conclusion]Doctors in general hospital should strengthen the diagnosis and therapy of neurological diseases.
