摘　　要：【目的】探讨改良Lichtenstein法前路修补治疗腹股沟复发疝的疗效。【方法】对Lichtenstein法进行改进,术中分离或离断部分提睾肌,清楚显露内环,分别于腹膜外及精索后放置修整后网片,缩小内环。【结果】本组术后恢复良好,术后随访6个月至5年无一例复发。【结论】改良Lichtenstein法前路修补是治疗复发疝较好的方法。[Objective] To evaluate the effect of modified Lichtensteiffs hernioplasty for recurrent inguinal hernia. [Methods]Lichenstein＇s hernioplasty was modified. A part of Cremaster muscle was separated or mutilated during operation, and internal inguinal ring was exposed clearly. Two modified Meshes were placed outside peritoneum and under spermatic cord respectively, and internal ring was dwindled. [Results] All cases recovered perfectly. All of them were followed up for 6 months to 5 years after operation. No one was recurred. [Conclusion]Modified Lichtensteiffs hernioplasty is effective for recurrent hernias.
