术中低血压对老年患者术后早期认知功能的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨老年患者术中低血压对于术后早期认知功能障碍的影响。【方法】将60例接受外科手术的老年患者按照术中是否出现低血压分为两组,记录并分析两组病例在性别、年龄、身高、麻醉方式、麻醉时间、手术时间等方面的数据,手术前和手术后1d、3d均采用MMSE量表对患者进行评定。【结果】两组病例在麻醉方式、麻醉时间以及手术时间等方面差异无显著性(P>0.05),术后1dMMSE量表评分均显著低于术前(P<0.01),且低血压组显著低于正常血压组(P<0.01);两组术后3dMMSE量表评分基本恢复正常。【结论】术中低血压与老年患者早期认知功能障碍的发生关系密切。[Objective]To study early effects of low blood pressure（LBP） during operation on postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients. [Methods] A total of 60 elderly patients who received surgery were divided into LBP group and ortho-arteriotony group. The MMSE （mini-mental state examination） was used to assess cognitive function preoperatively and on the first day and the third day after operation. [Results] No significant differences Were found between two groups in age, sex, height, time of anaesthesia, time of surgery and scores of MMSE before surgery and on the third day after operation（ P 〉0.05）. The scores of two groups were markedly lower than those before operation. Significant differences were found between the two groups in scores of MMSE on the first day after surgery（ P 〈0.01）, and scores were markedly lower in LBP group. [Conclusion] LBP in operation is relevant closely with early postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients.
