摘　　要：我国外汇储备过快增长的本质原因在于产业结构不合理,对加工制造业的产业倾斜导致产业结构畸变,直接造成贸易结构不合理,引发经常项目顺差。同时,我国加工制造业的兴旺发达是FDI进入我国的关键动因,FDI的持续涌入不仅是资本和金融项目顺差的主要成因,而且进一步加大了加工贸易顺差,导致贸易结构更加不合理,形成恶性循环。The nature reason of the excessive growth of China＇s foreign exchange reserve is that the industrial structure is irrational. Inclining to the processing and manufacturing industries leads to the distortion of industrial structure, which is a direct reason of irrational structure of trade and bring the surplus of the current account, At the same time, the prosperity of China＇s processing and manufacturing industries is the key cause of FDI coming into China. The continuing influx of FDI is the main reason of the surplus of the capital and financial account, which further increases the surplus of the processing trade and leads to even more irrational structure of trade and forms a vicious cycle.
