摘  要:大口径双弯曲碳纤维天线具有重量轻、刚强度高和曲面精度高等特点,适合应用于对重量控制要求严格的机载、球载雷达系统中。文中结合其特点,深入分析了影响碳纤维天线面精度的主要因数,如刚度、连接等影响;介绍了关键制造技术,如工艺流程优化、模胎设计、接口强化和精度检测等技术,该技术已成功应用于8 m×4.5 m碳纤维天线集成制造中,满足了重量、面精度和刚度等设计指标,电测性能优异。The large double curved reflector CFRP antenna is characterized by light weight, high strength and rigidity, high surface precision and so on. It is fit for applying to several types of radar system, such as airborne and aerostat-borne radars demanding relatively lighter weight. Combined with its features, the paper analyzes the main factors effect the surface precision of the reflector, such as stiffness and jointing, and introduces key manufacturing technologies, such as optimizing of technics flow, mould design, joint strengthen and precision examine. The technology has been successfully applied to the manufacturing of the antenna with a dimension of 8 m × 4.5 m, which met the design requirements on weight, surface precision and stiffness, and also the performance of electricity was measured excellent.
