摘 要:根据抗高温抗盐降滤失剂的作用机理,采用自由基水溶液聚合方法,以氧化还原反应体系作为引发体系,以丙烯酰胺(AM)、二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、2-甲基-2-丙烯酰胺基丙磺酸(AMPS)为结构单体,利用分子设计合成了三元共聚的两性离子共聚物AAD。以降滤失性能为主要评价指标,得到制备抗高温抗盐降滤失剂AAD的最佳聚合工艺条件为:体系pH值为7,引发剂用量为0.2%(质量分数),单体总质量浓度为30%,n(AM)/n(AMPS)/n(DMDAAC)为6.5∶2.5∶1.0,反应温度45℃,反应时间5 h。结果表明,AAD用量为0.3%的淡水钻井液在高温老化时,体系的滤失量大幅下降,老化前降幅为62.7%,老化后降幅为44.8%;AAD用量为1.0%的盐水钻井液在高温老化时抗盐能力增强,体系的滤失量降幅为56.1%。Based on the action mechanism and molecular structure of filtrate loss reducer with high temperature resistance and salt tolerance, the zwitterion terpolymer copolymer AAD was synthesized by adopting the free radical water solution polymerization method,taking the redox reaction system as the initiator and using acrylamide (AM), diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride ( DMDAAC ) and 2- methyl - 2 - acrylamide - sulfonic acid (AMPS) as the structure monomers. Taking the filtrate loss property as main evaluating index, the determined optimal polymerization conditions for AAD were:the system pH value 7, the mass fraction of initiator dosage 0.2% , the mass fraction of total monomer concentration 30% , the molar ratio of AM to AMPS to DMDAAC 6. 5 : 2. 5 : 1. 0, reaction temperature 45℃, reaction time 5 h. The results showed that when the fresh -water drilling fluid with AAD dosage of 0.3% was aged at high- temperature, the system filtrate loss dropped obviously, the decreased amplitudes before and after the aging were 62.7% , 44.8% respectively. When the salt -water drilling fluid with AAD dosage of 1.0% was aged at high - temperature, its high temperature resistance and salt tolerance property were improved, and the decreased amplitudes of the filtration system was 56.1% .
