摘　　要：KG2007三组合仪集CCL、GR和CBL/VDL于一体,采用CPLD完成整个系统的控制;采用厚膜电路技术对部分电路进行厚膜化,提高了仪器的温度性能和抗干扰能力;采用大功率的发射晶体,使得仪器在13in(1in=25.4mm)套管固井中能测得合格的CBL/VDL资料。仪器具有结构紧凑、集成化程度高、稳定可靠等特点。文章介绍了仪器的系统结构,软、硬件实现方法和实际应用情况。KG2007 three parameter instrument has CCL,GR and CBL/VDL check ability,it uses one CPLD to control the whole system,using Thick Film Circuit technology for some parts circuit,improved the instrument's temperature performance and anti-disturbing capability,using high power emissive crystal makes it capable of checking in13 inch cased well.It is characterized by compact structure,high integration and good stability.This paper introduces the whole structure of this instrument,and its software and hardware.
