摘 要:基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA显式动力学有限元法,运用质量缩放技术对楔横轧轧制过程进行有限元模拟计算,并进行可行性分析。结果表明,运用质量缩放技术模拟楔横轧问题,不影响计算结果,而且可以大大节省计算时间,能达到效率和精度的统一,为大规模系统研究楔横轧理论提供高效的计算方法。Based on ANSYS/LS - DYNA dynamic explicit finite element method, the paper applied technique such as mass scaling to conduct simulation of cross wedge rolling by finite element method. In addition, theoretical analysis of feasibility on mass scaling was provided. The results showed that simulation of cross wedge rolling had no influence in calculation results by mass scaling, and improved the calculation efficiency obviously. The technique was able to attain unify of efficiency and accuracy, and provided efficiently calculation method to study theory of cross wedge rolling systematically and massively.
