摘 要:以某热轧厂φ650钢板轧机人字齿轮轴为研究对象,根据轧钢机人字齿轮轴受交变应力作用,其疲劳破坏极限小于材料强度极限的客观现象,通过对人字齿轮轴在轧制过程中实测数据统计分析及可靠性计算分析证明:可靠性理论强度设计是一种切实可行的方法。Based on the effect of alternative stress on the herringbone-gear axle of rolling mill, the value of the fatigue failure limit which is smaller than that of its material strength limit, this paper researches the herringbonegear axle of Ф650 plate rolling mill in an hot rolling plant. It analyses the data measured when the herringbone-gear axle is working. The analysis includes statistics analysis and reliability analysis. The result demonstrates that it's a new attempt to calculate the reliability of heavy rolling mill's main drive system by the theory of reliability computing- algorithm and the reliability strength design is feasible.
