摘 要:在试验结果基础上,对预张拉碳纤维布加固混凝土梁的使用性能进行了总结。考虑碳纤维布预张拉应变和构件上的初始弯矩,对处于正常使用阶段的加固构件刚度和裂缝进行解析。理论分析结果表明:碳纤维布的预张拉应变越大,梁的刚度越大;预张拉加固可明显减弱持荷对构件刚度的影响;碳纤维布预张拉应变对裂缝间距影响不大,但预拉力可减小裂缝宽度。理论分析结果与试验结果吻合较好。Based on the results of experiments, the serviceability of reinforced concrete beams strengthened by pre-tensioned carbon fiber composite plastic sheets was summarized. Considering the pre-strain of carbon fiber composite sheets and the initial load on a beam, the stiffness and the crack width of the beam in service were analyzed. It was shown by the theoretic analysis that the larger the pre-strain in carbon fiber composite sheets is, the larger the stiffness of the strengthened beams is, the negative effect of initial load on the stiffness of the strengthened beam can be effectively made up, and the maximum width of cracks on the beam can be reduced by using the pre-tension strengthening techniques even though the space between cracks may not be changed by the pre-strain in fiber composite sheets. The theoretical results match well with that observed in the test.
