摘  要:在介绍分散控制系统(DCS)及其重要子系统——协调控制系统(CCS)结构、功能的基础上,对CCS在火电厂中不同运行方式进行了比较。基础控制方式(BM方式)是指协调主控的运行方式,适用于机组调试和启停阶段或机、炉控制系统无法自动时;锅炉控制跟随方式(BF方式)是指由汽轮机调节机组输出功率、锅炉调节主汽压力;汽轮机跟随方式(TF方式)是指锅炉调节机组输出功率,汽机调节主汽压力;协调控制方式(CC方式)是对汽包蓄能的合理利用和补偿;直接能量平衡控制方式(DEB方式)是指负荷由汽轮机侧控制,使机组负荷响应快。给出了各种方式控制图,提出现代化火电厂较为经济的运行方式是机炉协调控制方式和直接能量平衡的控制方式。Based on the structures and functions of DCS(Distributed Control System) and its major subsystem CCS(Coordinated Control System), different operating modes of CCS in thermal power plants are compared. The basic control mode(BM mode) is used to coordinate the master controls, suitable for unit commissioning,unit startup and shutdown,or non-automatic conditions of turbine and boiler. The boiler- follow control mode(BF mode) is used for regulating the unit output power by turbine and the main steam pressure by boiler. The turbine-follow mode(TF mode) is oppositely used for regulating the unit output power by boiler and the main steam pressure by turbine. The coordinated control mode(CC mode) is used to rationally utilize and compensate the stored energy of drum. The direct energy balance control mode(DEB mode) is used for controlling the load by turbine to increase load response of unit. Control diagrams are given for different modes and it is pointed out that the more economical operating modes are CC mode and DEB mode for modem thermal power plants.
