摘  要:对近年来新兴的高导热水冷炉衬在铁合金生产中的应用情况进行了研究。以矿热电弧炉实测数据为准,对炉壁与炉底的热损耗作以计算,并与传统炉壁进行了比较,结合生产实际得出:新旧两种炉衬的单位电耗并无差别,但水冷炉衬的寿命在理论上是可以无限长的,其技术概念的先进性值得推广。It introduces the application situation of the new water-cooled furnace lining with high heat transmission in pro- ducing ferroalloy. Basing on the determined data of submerged arc furnace, through calculating the thermal loss of the new lining and bottom of furnace, and comparing with the loss with traditional furnace lining, and combining productive practice, we found that there is almost no difference at electric loss of unit product for both new and old furnace linings. But the service life of water-cooled furnace lining would be infinity in theory, so it is worth learning and popularizing for its advanced concept.
