水稻eui基因对不育系长选3S若干农艺性状的影响

摘　　要：[目的]为了明确水稻eui基因对长穗颈温敏核不育水稻长选3S若干农艺性状的影响。[方法]以长穗颈温敏核不育系长选3S及其亲本培矮64S为材料,对长选3S与培矮64S的包穗、育性、对赤霉素的敏感性及其若干其他重要农艺性状作了比较研究。[结果]长选3S既保留了培矮64S主要农艺性状和不育性,又从遗传上改善了异交特性,包括植株较高,穗颈伸长,完全或基本解除包穗,柱头外露率显著提高及对赤霉素更敏感等。[结论]建立了不用或少用赤霉素的两系稻种子生产技术体系,利用其组配的杂种具有增产趋势。[Objective] The aim of the study was to confirm the effects of rice gene on several agronomic traits of rice male sterile line Changxuan 3S.[Method] Changxuan 3S possessing eui gene and its parent Peiai 64S were chose as materials.The comparison studies on the length of sheathed panicles,fertility,sensitivity to GA3 and some other important agronomic traits for Changxuan 3S were carried out.[Result] The main characteristics of Changxuan 3S were that most main agronomic traits and sterility were still reserved,but the outcrossing characteristics were improved through genetic background,including higher plant height,elongated panicle exsertion without or less enclosure,higher exserted stigma percentage and more sensitivity to GA3.[Conclusion] The results had help to no or little use GA3 in seed production of two-line eui-hybrids.Moreover,the eui-hybrids showed higher yield potential than the hybrids without eui gene.
