摘 要:[目的]研究混凝剂对淡水藻华的去除效果。[方法]利用低成本的粉煤灰复配磁矿粉混合物絮凝吸附水中的污染物,并通过外磁场作用将絮体移出水体,分析水体中富营养化元素的去除率并初步探讨磁性混凝剂的除藻机理。[结果]结果表明,磁性混凝剂的投加量为200 mg/L时,处理后水样中的浊度、COD、总氮和总磷含量分别下降了97.38%,78.09%,51.01%和97.08%,为最佳投加量。对处理后的水进行细胞毒性实验和藻细胞培养实验,结果显示,混凝剂处理后的水与未处理的巢湖原水细胞毒性基本一致;藻细胞培养实验证明了在处理后的水中藻类无法生存。[结论]磁性混凝剂可迅速有效地将藻类移出水体,降低水中的总氮、总磷,从根本上抑制藻华的暴发。[Objective]To study the removal effect of coagulant to the freshwater algae.[Method] Using pulverized coal ash duplicate magnetism powdered ore mixture flocculation absorbed contamination in the water body,and emigrated flocculation from water by outside magnetic field function.The elimination rate of eutrophication element in the water body was analyzed,the mechanism of eliminating algae with the magnetic coagulant was preliminary explored.[Result] The results showed that the removal rate of turbidity,COD,total nitrogen and phosphorus were 97.38%,78.09%,51.01% and 97.08% respectively when magnetic coagulant dosage was 200 mg/ L that was the optimal dosage.Meanwhile,comparing the treated water with coagulant and untreated raw water,it was found that their cytotoxicity stayed on the same level.Moreover,the algal cell culture experiments also proved that algal cells could not survive in the treated water.[Conclusion] Magnetic coagulant can get quickly and effectively algae out of water,reducing water total nitrogen,phosphorus and fundamentally inhibiting the outbreak of algal blooms.
