摘　　要：[目的]为解决多胎肉用绵羊杂交育种技术的关键问题提供依据。[方法]以BMPR-IB基因作为候选基因,采用PCR-RFLP方法检测其在萨福克羊、小尾寒羊及萨寒F1代杂交羊中的多态性分布,分析其与产羔数的相关性。[结果]在萨福克绵羊中只有1种基因型野生型(++);在小尾寒羊中检测到3种基因型纯合突变型(BB)、杂合突变型(B+)和野生型(++),基因型频率分别为0.14、0.80和0.06。在萨寒杂交绵羊中,检测到2种基因型(B+和++),基因型频率分别为0.99和0.01。3种绵羊的产羔数差异极显著,萨寒杂交羊的多羔率和平均产羔率均明显高于纯种萨福克羊。[结论]BMPR-IB基因的遗传方式符合孟德尔遗传规律。利用小尾寒羊对萨福克羊的繁殖性能进行杂交改良是有效可行的。[ Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for solving the key problems of crossbreeding technique in prolific meat sheep. [ Method] With BMPR-IB gene as candidate gone, its polymorphism distribution in Suffolk sheep, small-tail Han sheep and their F1 hybrid germination were detected by using the method of PCR-RFLP, And its relativity with litter size was analyzed. [Result] There was only one genotype （wild type, ＋ ＋ ） in Suffolk sheep. In small-tail Han sheep, 3 kinds of genotypes including pure mutant type （BB）, hetemzygons mutant type （B＋） and wild type （ ＋ ＋ ） were detected, with the genotype frequency of 0.14, 0.80 and 0.06 resp. In hybrid sheep with Suffolk sheep and small-tail Han sheep, 2 kinds of genotypes （B ＋ and ＋ ＋ ） were detected, with the genotype frequency of 0.99 and 0.01 resp. The litter size among 3 kinds of sheep had an extremely significant difference. The rate of multiple lambs and average lambing rate in hybrid sheep with Suffolk sheep and small-tail Han sheep were both obviously higher than that in pure Suffolk sheep, [Conclusion] The inheritance mode of BMPR-IB gene accorded with Mendelian genetic law. It was effective and feasible to crossbreed and improve the reproductive performance of Suffolk sheep by using small-tail Han sheep.
