摘  要:[目的]为利用蚯蚓粪作为基质的屋顶绿化提供理论支持。[方法]通过盆栽土培试验,研究了蚯蚓和蚯蚓粪改良基质对高羊茅种子萌发、生长发育和生理指标的影响。[结果]蚯蚓和蚯蚓粪改良基质能缩短高羊茅种子发芽时间和提高发芽率,促进幼苗的初期生长;能够提高高羊茅植株地上部分生物量的积累和明显促进根系的生长;还能促进高羊茅叶片叶绿素a的合成,提高叶片中可溶性蛋白质的含量。[结论]在高羊茅的栽培基质中加入蚯蚓和蚯蚓粪改良基质后,高羊茅草坪的品质大大提高。[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide the theoretical support for the roof greening with the modified substrate as wont. [Method] In pot soil-culture experiment, the effects of earthworm and wormcast modified substrate on the seed germination, growth and development and the physiological indexes of Festuca arundinacea were studied. [ Result ] Earthworm and wormcast modified substrate could shorten the germination time of F. arundinacea seeds and increase the germination rate, had an obvious promotion effect on the growth of F. arundinacea seedlings in early stage. They could increase the biomass accumulation of the overground part in the plants of F. arundinacea and obviously promote the growth of mot system. They also could promote the synthesis of chlorophyll a in the leaves of F. arundinacea and enhance the content of soluble proteins in the leaves. [ Conclusion] After earthworm and wonncast modified substrate were added to the culture substrate of F. arundinacea, the quality of F. arundinacea turf was greatly enhanced.
