摘　　要：论文介绍利用单片TMS320C30实时实现GSM半速率编码方案一码激励线性预测(CELP),编码速率为6.75kb/s。模拟结果(非正式测试)显示,语音合成质量基本满足GSM对半速率编码要求。This paper presents a real-time, single DSP chip implemention of CELP for GSM half-rate speech codec with speed of 6.75kb/s and high qulity(informal test). Full-duplex operation has been demonstrated using a single TMS320C30. Here we will address aspects of the hardware architecture and algorithm implementation.
