构建新农村建设资金支持体系的路径思考

摘　　要：资金投入不足是影响新农村建设顺利进行的主要难题之一。为破解这一难题,需要采取一系列措施,统筹银行信贷资金、政府财政资金和民间资金,逐步建立起国家、集体和个人,内资和外资,信贷资金、政府资金和民间资金相结合的多元化新农村建设投融资机制。The deficiency of investment fund was one of the main difficult problems that influenced the construction of new countryside. In order to settle these problems, a set of measures should be taken to orchestrate the bank credit fund, governmental fiscal fund and private fund, then the diversification investment and financing mechanism for construction of new countryside should be set up gradually through combining the county, collective and individual, domestic and foreign fund, credit fund, government and nongovernmental fund.
