摘 要:[目的]了解生物质成型燃料热风采暖炉炉膛的温度分布。[方法]在风门αpy为1.20、1.60、2.30、3.50 4种工况下,分别对秸秆成型燃料热风采暖炉炉膛温度分布进行分析。[结果]炉膛垂直方向、深度方向4种不同工况的温度变化呈现相似规律,炉膛宽度方向的温度分布不同。在燃料层内,炉温增加到一定程度突然增高,达到最高值。进炉口处炉温较低,距炉口15 cm处4种工况的炉温达到峰值。工况2、3炉膛空气与燃料混合良好,燃料燃烧速度快,炉温较高,且随炉膛深度增加,炉温变化幅度小。[结论]当αpy为1.6时秸秆成型燃料热风采暖炉的炉膛温度在炉膛垂直方向、深度方向、宽度方向分布均匀,燃料燃烧速度快,燃烧效率高。[Objective] The research aimed to understand the hearth temperature distribution in hot-blast heating stove for biomass briquette. [Method] Under 4 kinds of working conditions (αpy of air door being 1.20,1.60,2.30,3.50), the hearth temperature distribution in hot-blst heating stove for straw briquette was analyzed. [ Result] The hearth tempremture changes in the vertical direction and depth direction under 4 kinds of different working conditions showed the similar laws, which was different with that in depth direction. Inside the fuel layer, the hearth temperature increased suddenly when the hearth temperature reached certain degree and reached the maximum. The hearth temperature around the stove mouth was lower and that at 15 cm from the stove mouth reached the peak values under 4 kinds of working conditions. Under the 2nd and 3rd working conditions, the hearth atmosphere mixed with fuels fully, with fast burning velocity of fuels and higher hearth temperature. And the changing amplitude of the hearth temperature was small. [Conclusion] When αpy was 1.6, the hearth temperature in the hot-blast heating stove for straw briquette was well-distributed in the hearth vertical direction, depth direction, width direction with fast burning velocity of fuels and high burning efficiency.
