摘　　要：在市场的转型期,尤其是近些年,恶性竞争在各行业时有发生。文章在从恶性竞争机理,博弈论反面分析恶性竞争原因的基础上,提出了走出恶性竞争的战略联盟对策。During the transition from planned economy to market economy, especially in recent years, destructive competition exists nearly in all walks of life in economic operation. The paper analyzes mechanism of destructive competition and makes a study of its causes. Based on the analysis, the paper comes up with an idea to solve destructive competition, which is strategic alliance.
