摘　　要：日本于2006年开始实施的劳动审判制度,是一种由地方法院组织的劳动审判委员会按照非诉讼程序对个别劳动争议进行处理的机制。从实施效果上来看,日本劳动审判制度基本实现了"迅速、公正、有效"解决个别劳动争议的设计目标,因此在专业性、便利性、灵活性等方面,对我国相关制度建设有一定的启示作用。The labor umpire system of Japan was put into effect on 2006. It＇s a kind of mechanism of alternative dispute resolution by District court. Seeing from its effect, the labor umpire system realized the designed objective to resolve the individual labor disputes＂rapidly, fairly and effectively＂. In aspect of profession, convenience and flexibility, it has some enlightenment to our relevant system.
