摘　　要：规划内蒙铁通程控交换集中网管,将全区400多个交换局点全部纳入省分网管中心进行管理,阐述网管系统的网络构成和接入方式。实现全网故障和性能的统一监控,减少地市分公司的维护人员,节约运行维护成本,提高网络运行质量、网络资源利用率和网络管理水平。More than 400 exchange points across the whole area were included into the administration of the province subnet management center in the Inner Mongolia CTT＇PSTN centralized network management program. The network structure and access modes of the network management system were illustrated. It realized unified monitoring of the failure and performance of the whole network, reducing maintenance personnel, saving operation and maintenance cost, and increasing network quantity, resources utilization and management level.
