摘　　要：饮料废水处理在采用活性污泥法进行生化处理时，经常出现“污泥膨胀”现象，严重影响出水水质。本文通过总结多年来从事饮料废水生化处理经验，从丝状菌的种类与特征，丝状菌污泥膨胀的机理，引起污泥膨胀的污水性质和运行条件等方面全面地论述了饮料废水处理污泥膨胀的影响因素与控制方法。The phenomenon of sludge bulking often in biochemical dealing with wastewater produced in drinking industry by activated sludge process, which had induced seriously the let off water. The factors of the effects on filamentous bulking are discussed in the types and characteristics of filamentous bulking, quantity of the wastewater causing filamentous bulking and operation conditions in drinking wastewater treatment process. The control methods are discussed.
