摘 要:研究了光引发剂种类、浓度对乙烯基树脂光固化速度、厚度的影响。结果表明,在引发剂浓度为4%时凝胶固化时间最短,树脂固化厚度与引发剂浓度成反比。在此基础上制备了紫外光辐射固化玻璃纤维增强乙烯基树脂复合材料,比较了紫外光固化复合材料和热固化复合材料的力学性能,采用光固化的复合材料试样力学性能优于热固化。This article has researched the effect of photoinitiator types and concentration on the curing speed and thickness of the vinyl resin.The results showed that vinyl resin surface gel solidification speed was the quickest when the weight fraction of photoinitiator was 4%.But as to the thicker sample,the resin solidification depth and photoinitiator concentration had the inverse ratio.According to these theories,the glass fiber reinforced UV-cured vinyl resin matrix composites were prepared,and the mechanical property of UV-cured vinyl resin matrix composites was compared with thermo-curing type.The result indicated that under the non-oxygen condition,UV-cured vinyl resin matrix composites showed higher mechanical property than thermo-curing type.
