摘 要:利用硫酸铜和磷泥作为基本原料,采用液相法合成基础功能材料磷铜。研究了磷铜产物的物相组成,反应时间、反应温度、硫酸铜浓度等条件对产率和产物中Cu+P含量的影响及高温熔融处理对产物的提纯效果。XRD表征及铜、磷定量分析结果证实所制产物中主要物相为Cu3P,Cu/P摩尔比为2.96±0.34。结果表明,硫酸铜和磷泥反应制取磷铜的适宜反应条件为:反应时间60 min、反应温度70℃、硫酸铜浓度30%(w/w)或初始Cu2+/P4摩尔比为5.2;适宜反应条件下所得产物产率为88%,Cu+P含量为98%,Cu/P摩尔比为3.03;高温熔融可使磷铜含量较低产品的Cu+P含量由74%提高至84%。Phosphorus sludge was used as the raw material for the preparation of an important functional material,phosphor copper,by reacting with copper sulphate in aqueous phase.The following aspects were researched: the phase composition of product;the influence of process conditions(reaction time,temperature,concentration of copper sulphate) on the yield and Cu+P content;the purification of product by higher temperature treatment.The XRD results and quantitative analysis of Cu and P proved that the main phase of the prepared product was Cu3P and molar ratio of Cu/P was 2.96±0.34.The optimum process conditions were: reaction time of 60 min,reaction temperature of 70 ℃ and copper sulphate concentration of 30%(w/w) or initial molar ratio of Cu2+/P4 of 5.2.The yield,Cu+P content and molar ratio of Cu/P of the sample prepared under the optimum process conditions were 88%,98% and 3.03,respectively.The higher temperature treatment was approved to be feasible method for the purification of phosphor copper product by raising the Cu+P content of a product from 74% to 84%.
