摘 要:环件轧制中,进给速度是保证环件轧制成形及尺寸精度控制的重要因素。以Matlab/Simulink为平台建立了轧环机进给控制系统的仿真模型,设计了进给速度控制器,该控制器可以控制压力辊在轧制过程中按给定的进给速度曲线运动。通过模拟压力辊的动态响应,考察了控制系统的跟踪性能,分析了积分控制增益对跟踪性能的影响规律,确定了系统跟踪误差最小时的比例、积分控制器增益值。模拟结果表明,该控制系统能产生较快的响应。Feed rate control was an important factor to ensure high quality of the ring during ring rolling.In the paper,a simulation model of feed rate control system was established based on Matlab/Simulink,and a feed rate controller was designed to control the pressure roll movement to track a desired feed rate profile during the rolling process.Dynamic responses of the pressure roll were simulated to examine the tracking performance of the control system.Effects of the integral controller gain on tracking performance were discussed in detail.The value of proportion and integral controller gain was also determined when the tracking error of system reaches its minimum.The simulation results showed that the control system yields fast response.
