摘　　要：针对概念设计中的功能、结构映射问题和知识的重要地位,结合TRIZ理论的效应工具提出了基于效应模式库的产品原型分解重构设计方法。通过采用效应表面、效应模式和效应模式库实现了"功能-效应-效应表面-结构"的映射模型,并研究了效应链和结构链的同步重构。最后通过一个实例得出了实体结构方案,验证了理论的可行性。According to the ＇function-structure＇ mapping problem and important position of knowledge in conceptual design,integrated with TRIZ effects tool,product prototype decomposition and reconstitution design method which based on Effects Pattern library was put forward.Firstly,Effect Surface was adopted,which formed function-effect-effects surface-structure＇ mapping.Secondly,Effects Pattern and Effects Pattern library were built,then effects chain and structure chain synchronized reconstitution were researched.Finally,from a case study,entity product solution was achieved,which proved the feasibility of the methodology.
