Effects of Different Ratio of Grain Concentrate and Roughage in Total Mixed Ration on Production Performance and Blood Biochemistry in Male Sika Deer(Cervus nippon)

摘  要:在能量浓度相近、粗蛋白水平一致的前提下,研究不同精粗比全混合日粮(TMR)对雄性梅花鹿生产性能和血液生化指标的影响。采用单因子试验设计,全混合日粮精粗比分别为A-65∶35、B-55∶45、C-45∶55、D-35∶65。试验结果表明:在饲料适口性、鲜茸产量、干茸产量、折干率和茸头围度等方面B组与其他3组均存在显著差异(p<0.05);在鹿茸生长日期、鹿茸眉枝长、主干长、主干围度和茸基围度等方面差异不显著(p>0.05);血液生化指标中血清总蛋白浓度、血清白蛋白浓度及血清免疫球蛋白浓度差异显著(p<0.05),以B组最高;血清尿素氮浓度和血清葡萄糖浓度各组间差异不显著(p>0.05)。At the same level of crude protein and similar concentration of energy, the effects of different ratio of concentrate and roughage in total mixed ration for production performance and blood biochemistry in male sika Deer were investigated. The ratio of concenlrate and roughage in total mixed ration (TMR) was A-65:35;B-55:45;C-45:55 and D-35:65 by using a single factorial design. The results indicated that group B is significantly higher than group A. C and D in the nutrient content digestibility and intake (p 〈0.05) .The differences were significant in the yield of fresh and dried antler ; ratio of dry and fresh antlers.circumference of antler tip,palatability of feed (p 〈 0.05)among these groups, with group B being the highest. In the other indexes of Performance, there were no difference in all groups (p 〉 0.05). Except for the thickness of blood TB、ALB、IgG, the other indexes of blood biochemistry had no difference in all groups (p 〉 0.05).
