摘  要:酿造干红葡萄酒优良新品种"左优红"的插条经生根粉和萘乙酸处理后,生根和成苗率高于对照19.8%和41.4%,其中:用生根粉1号100mg/kg和萘乙酸100mg/kg浸泡插条基部5cm 6h,生根率和成苗率为最高,分别达83.2%、84.5%和70.9%、71.2%,比对照(CK)高53.8%、55.1%和61.1%、61.4%。结果表明,生根粉1号100mg/kg和萘乙酸100mg/kg浸泡插条基部5cm6h是"左优红"适宜的生根剂、药液浓度和药液处理插条时间,可在生产中应用。After treatment with rooting powder and naphthylacetic acid, rooting rate and seedling survival rate of an excellent new cold resistance dry-red brewing grape variety of Zuoyouhong were higher than control groups by 19.8% and 41.4%. Treatment with rooting powder NO.1 and naphthylacetic acid 100mg/kg, soaking cutting basal department 5cm, immersing time 6 hours, rooting rate and seedling survival rate of seeds were highest. The rooting rate and seedling survival rate of seeds were 83.2% 、84.5% and 70.9%、71.2% respectively. They were higher than (CK)by 53.8%、55.1% and 61.1%、61.4%. The results showed that handling with rooting powder NO.1 and 100mg/kg naphthylacetic acid, soaking cutting basal department 5cm, immersing time 6 hours, were the best rooting agent in production.
