摘 要:野生动物粪样内类固醇激素是研究和监测野生动物多项生理状态的有效途径,而如何在野外条件下保存粪样并使之满足室内测定的要求成为目前野生动物类固醇激素研究的焦点问题之一。各种冷冻方法可便捷有效地保存动物粪样,但受制于野外的保存和运输条件;有机溶剂法及干燥法可在常温下一定时间内有效保存野生动物粪样,因而可行性较高,但保存期限尚处于探索之中。各种保存野生动物粪样的方法均存在其利弊,研究者需谨慎选择才能达到试验的要求。Fecal steroids of free-ranging wildlife have become an effective approach in studying and monitoring many aspects of animal physiology, however, how to store the fecal steroids to meet experimental requirement is one of the unsolved problems at present. Various freezing methods are convenient and effective to keep fecal steroids unchanged, but is restricted to the field storing and transporting conditions. The methods of organic solvent and drying fecal samples at normal temperatures have been proven to be effective, but the storing time limits vary in different species, and are remaining to be determined. The various methods in keeping the fecal steroids of free-ranging wildlife bear the advantages and disadvantages, so researchers should carefully choose certain method to obtain expected result.
