摘　　要：IGFBP-4是分子最小的IGFBP,它以糖基化和非糖基化两种形式存在于所有的生物流体中。表达IGFBP-4的细胞和组织极其广泛,并且其表达调控机制也因细胞类型不同而有所差异。本文主要是对IGFBP-4的基因组成、基因表达与调控、IGF-BP-4蛋白结构与功能的关系进行了综述。IGFBP--4 is the smallest of the six high-affinity IGFBPs. It exists in both non-glycosylated and glycosylated forms in all biological fluids.In this review, we summarize the present knowledge of the genomic organization of the IGFBP--4 gene, structure-function relationships of IGFBP--4,and IGFBP--4 expression and its regulation.
