摘  要:继电器中接触簧片的接触压力是影响其触点接触可靠性的主要因素之一,由于接触簧片材料的应力松弛而使接触压力逐渐减小,接触电阻逐渐增大,进而导致接触失效。通过应用开发的弹性材料应力松弛测试系统,对继电器接触簧片材料进行加速应力松弛试验,找出短期的变化规律,以外推出长期的应力松弛量,为继电器的可靠性设计提供必要的依据。The contact pressure of contact spring is one of the main factors affecting the contact reliability of relay contacts. The stress relaxation of contact spring material causes the contact pressure to reduce gradually, the contact resistance increases gradually, then bringing the contact failure. The accelerated stress relaxation experi- ment was made for contact spring material of relay with application of a developed test system of elastic material stress relaxation, to discover the change rule in sho^t term and extrapolate the stress relaxation value in long term, so as to provide the essential basis for the reliability design of relay.
