摘　　要：根据可靠性抽样理论,分析了漏电断路器的可靠性试验方案,并研制了漏电断路器可靠性试验装置。由于气候环境会严重影响漏电保护的可靠性,因此采用了气候试验进行模拟,并根据漏电断路器的特点,确定气候试验中的漏电保护可靠性试验方法。该试验装置是基于Windows系统设计的,操作简单,试验方便。Based on the reliability sample theory, the reliability examine plan was analyzed and the test device was developed for residual current operated circuit-breakers. The climate has severely influence on the reliability of residual current protection, so the climate test was adopted as its condition and the test method was specified. The test device was developed based on the Windows system, with simple operation and convenient test.
