山东省国际旅游产业结构效益的偏离—份额分析

摘　　要：以全国国际旅游产业为参照系,运用偏离-份额分析法,产业结构变化指数和专业化指数,对山东省旅游创汇产业结构进行实证分析.分析结果显示山东省国际旅游产业总体结构效果指数为1.008,竞争力效果指数为1.36.旅游产业结构变化指数较小,专业化指数相对稳定.表明山东省国际旅游产业总体结构一般,没有向产业结构优化的方向发展,但产业竞争力较强.针对各部门实际状况,规划其发展方向.Taking the national international tourism industry as a reference, the structure of international tourism industry in Shandong province is analyzed, using the quantitative analysis methods such as shift-share method, specialization index and structural change index. The result indicates the index of the tourism industrial structure effect is 1. 008, and the index of competition ability effect is 1.36. At the same time, the structural change index is a little small and the specialization index is relatively steady. The result shows that the structure of international tourism industry in Shandong is not very well and it doesn＇ t develop toward the optimization of industrial structure, but it＇ s competition ability is strong. Finally, the respective strategies and measurements are given based on the analysis of developing condition of different sectors.
