摘　　要：以6-溴吲哚为原料,经亲核取代、Vilsmeier-Haack反应、Knoevenagel缩合、还原、Pictet-Spengler反应、酯化反应、钯/碳脱氢等8步反应以20.4%收率合成得到了哈尔明醇的中间体1-甲氧羰基-7-甲氧基-β-咔啉。1-Methoxycarbonyl-7-methoxy-β-carboline as an important intermediate of harmicalcohol was synthesized using 6-bromoindole as starting material through the eight steps such as the nucleophilic substitution, Vilsmeier-Haack reaction, Knoevenagel condensation, reduction, Pictet-Spengler reaction, esterization and palladium/carbon dehydrogenization. The total yield was 20.4%.
