摘　　要：介绍职业紧张测量的模型、高血压的影响机制,重点探讨职业紧张与高血压关系的研究进展。认为有必要在我国社区人群中开展进一步研究职业紧张与高血压之间的关系,以及职业紧张与其他社会心理因素与高血压关系的交互效应,为进一步完善高血压的预防保健措施和策略以及进行高血压的早期预防干预提供科学依据。The measurement model of job strain and the mechanism of influence of hypertension are introduced, with emphasis on the exploration of the relationship between job strain and hypertension. It is considered necessary to further study the relationship between job strain and hypertension based on the community population in China, and the interactive effect of job strain and other sociopsychological factors on hypertension, aiming to provide scientific basis for further implememting the prevention and care measures and the early intervention of hypertension,
