摘　　要：目的探讨司法精神病学鉴定为无精神病刑事案件的特点。方法对63例无精神病刑事案例资料进行统计分析。结果63例占该年刑事案件鉴定总数的33.5%,被鉴定人均存在现实作案动机,有良好的自我保护意识。结论无精神病刑事案件的鉴定需细致分析。Objective To explore the characteristics of criminal cases diagnosed ＂without psychosis＂ in forensic psychiatric expertise, Methods Sixty three criminal cases diagnosed ＂without psychosis＂ were analysized statistically, Results Thirty three point five percent cases were diagnosed ＂without psychosis＂ . All expertiseers had explicit motive and purpose, and well self-protection, Conclusion The psychiatric expertise of the criminal cases diagnosed ＂without psychosis＂ need to be analysized more carefully.
