摘　　要：FD I对我国工业品国际竞争力影响的实证检验发现,FD I较为有力地推动了我国工业制成品国际竞争力的增强。但这种影响在下降,边际效应递减模型可以解释这种下降趋势的必然性。同时,我国工业产品国际竞争力存在较强的路径依赖特征,而FD I则是打破这种路径依赖的重要力量。The empirical test of the effect of FDI on China＇s industrial competitiveness reveals that FDI has forcefully enhanced the international competitiveness of its industrial manufactures, albeit to a decreasing degree. Diminishing marginal returns can account for the inevitability of the downward trend. In the meantime, China＇s industrial competitiveness has strong path dependence, and FDI is a major force in breaking out of the dependence.
