蒲黄抑制大鼠血栓形成的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：观察蒲黄对大鼠血栓形成的影响。方法：Wistar大白鼠35只随机分为5组，制作大鼠动静脉血栓模型，实验组予以蒲黄灌胃，阳性对照组予以阿司匹林灌胃，空白对照组予以生理盐水灌胃，比较实验组和对照组血栓湿重及血流变参数。结果：蒲黄可抑制大鼠动静脉环路血栓的形成，使血栓湿重降低，血栓抑制率达15％～43％；同时蒲黄还可有效改善血流变参数。结论：蒲黄具有明显抗血栓作用。Objective：To explore the effect of Pollen Typhae on thrombosis. Methods： Thirty-five rats were divided into five groups and thrombosis model was set up. in the experimental group, Pollen Typhae was injected into the stomach for administration for 7 days ; the positive control group was administered with aspirin ; the blank control group was only administered with physiologic saline, and the wet weight of thrombus, the inhibitory rate and the blood flow velocity were compared. Results ： Pollen Typhae could inhibit the formation of the thrombosis, the wet weight of thrombus were declined in the experimental group, the inhibitory rate was 15% ～43% ; and Pollen Typhae could change the blood flow velocity. Conclusions： Pollen Typhae have good antithrombotic effect.
