摘　　要：为了解医务工作者的医德医风现状、揭示医德医风存在的问题及其影响因素,探索解决办法,对某三所三级甲等综合医院的517名医务工作者进行了问卷调查。结果表明,大多数医务人员拥有良好的职业道德;医务人员普遍认为医疗制度的合理性、政府作为和社会舆论的引导对医德医风的影响极大。医德医风建设是一个复杂的系统工程,而医疗环境和长效机制的建设则是重中之重。Objective： To survey the medical ethics, find out the problems and the influencing factors of medical ethics, and seek the solutions. Method： 517 persons working in the three hospitals （first-rate of level three） were investigated with selfedited questionnaires. Results： Most of the interviewees have their positive comments on their professional ethics. There are unhealthy tendencies in the medical profession, The rationality of medical system, government performance and public opinion have ＂the greatest impact＂ on medical ethics, which takes the largest proportion. Conclusion： It is a complicated system to construct the professional ethics of health workforce. Medical environment and effective organization are important in factors.
