摘　　要：连铸中间包钢液流动能促进非金属夹杂物上浮,使进入结晶器的钢水进一步净化。结合在钢厂不同容量的中间包安装控流装置(挡墙、坝)进行的生产试验表明,钢水中总氧量、微观夹杂物和大颗粒夹杂都有明显的降低,为提高中间包钢水洁净度、改善铸坯质量创造了条件。Fluid flow behavior in tundish during continous casting has important influence on the ability to remove non - metallic inclusions from liquid metal to slag phase. The effect by using control flow devices with weirs and dams in the tundish are presented. The most significant effect of control flow devices is that the contents of total oxygen, micro -inclusions and macro -inclusions are remarkably decreased and the molten steel cleanliness from tundish to mold are improved.
