摘 要:为了简化交通影响分析的交通需求预测计算步骤,降低计算难度,提出了进行过境交通量预测的基本思路。根据调查路段交通量,利用TransCAD软件反推现状出行OD矩阵,再根据反推的OD矩阵标定重力模型参数推算出各小区出行产生量;然后利用简化的出行分布和交通分配的组合程序,得到预测的未来年路段过境交通量;应用出行率法得到项目交通产生量,通过方式划分、交通分配,可得到未来年由项目产生的路段交通量。将路段交通量叠加,得到未来年路段交通总量,以此为基础计算服务水平,作为交通影响分析的依据。For the sake of simplifying the processes of traffic demand forecast in traffic impact analysis and lowering the difficulty of calculation, an idea of section traffic volume forecast was put forward. Based on the traffic volume of the surveyed section, the TransCAD software was used to estimate actual OD matrix, which was further used to reckon trip production calibrated by the parameters of gravity model. Then, the simplified combined program of distribution-assignment was used to forecast the section traffic volume. The trip production of the project was obtained by trip rate method. The section traffic volume produced by the project for the next year was obtained by mode classification and traffic assignment. Finally, the total volume for the next year was gained by summing up the volumes of the section. This can provide an academic basis to calculate service level and research traffic impact analysis.
