摘　　要：在图书馆和谐建设中,部主任应具备先进的和谐理念、较强的协调能力、良好的个人形象、扎实的理论基础和娴熟的业务技能,营造和谐的部室环境,协调部室内部工作和与其他部室的工作联系,处理好与馆长、馆员和其他部室部主任间的关系,与读者建立和谐关系。The building of harmony in the library requires directors of each section have a good mastery of advanced concept of harmony, excellent coordinating abilities, an elegant personal image as well as solid theoretical basis and well- polished professional skills. The directors should also be able to create a harmonious atmosphere for their own department, to coordinate their wOrking relations with other departments, to properly handle his relationship with the curator, the working staff as well as with directors in other sections and to establish a harmonious relationships with the readers.
