摘　　要：就提单在跟单信用证支付条件下的作用进行了探讨，论述了跟单信用证支付方式下提单持有人将提单向银行出质，作为质押，银行对提单享有质权。同时，论述了提单的信托占有以及银行的信托权利问题。This article makes some studies and analyses on the functions of the bills of Lading in the banker′s documentary credits.The holder of a Bill of Lading uses the Bill of Lading as the pledge to the bank under the way of payment by documentary credits, the bank is entitled to the right of the pledge. The prossession of the Bill of Lading by trust and the banker's right to possession by trust is also discussed in the article
