摘  要:针对河北大唐微水发电厂整流子三相调速排粉电动机存在的结构复杂、故障率较高等问题进行变频改造,介绍改造过程中对变频调速装置在选择、安装等方面的经验和要求,并对变频调速改造进行经济技术分析。实践证明,电动机变频调速系统运行可靠,节能效果明显。In order to settle the problem of the commutator of triphase adjustable-speed mill discharging electric motor in weishui power plant have complicated structure and high fault rate,the frequency control change was carried on. The experience and request in selection and installation of frequency control device was introduced, and the economy analysis of frequency control change was also given. The practice proved that the system of frequency control electric motor is reliable and the energy-saving effect is obvious.
