摘　　要：本文简单介绍了特色数字资源数据库概念、特征以及特色信息资源数据库建设所面临的主要问题,还介绍了特色数字化资源数据库建设的原则、步骤,信息的采集、加工的步骤及信息资源的发布。The paper introduces the meaning and the character of digitalization feature database establishment, fingers the problem to build the document resource, discusses in detail the principle and the step of feature collection and how to collect and process the feature database.
